SUMMARY:VETTES AT THE BEACH
DESCRIPTION:As promised\, here are the details for Vettes at the Beach — an all Corvette Car Show at Sylvan Beach\, NY.  If you haven’t been there before\, you should really consider trying it at least once — it is a wonderful show right on Oneida Lake.  Sometimes there are as many as 500 Corvettes at the show!  It’s in this charming town with a few nice places to eat all nicely surrounding a village green and there’s a great ice cream shop for a sweet treat in the afternoon!\n \nSome people make a weekend of it\, but many of us are planning to caravan out there on Sunday just for the day.  It’s about an hour and a half from our meeting point\, straight out the Thruway.  Here are the specifics about where we’re meeting up (for those of you who have joined us in the past\, take note — the meet-up location is different)\n \nDate:  Sunday\, July 29\nTime:  meet at 7:15 AM\, leaving at 7:30 AM \nMeeting Place:  NYS Thruway Pattersonville Travel Plaza between exits 26 and 27 heading West (mile post 168)\nThe show ends at 4PM.   Generally\, the parking is such that you’ll be able to leave before 4PM if you want to.  We don’t usually all caravan home after the show.\n \nAfter caravanning to Sylvan Beach\, we generally all park together in the area by the Gazebo — it’s a perfect spot.   Here is a link for additional details.  Just copy this into your browser:    http://www.syracusecorvetteclub.com/#!blank/xateu    Then click on the button for Vettes On The Beach when the Syracuse Corvette Club site comes up.\n \nProceeds Benefit Local Charities\n\n\n“On the Green” at Village Park • Sylvan Beach\, NY\nRain or Shine • Non Judged Show\n*come early – no spots reserved
